Next phase

No proposal goes to Oakridge before you have reviewed the checklist. Sam brings two options to the review; price, scope and timing follow your choice.

Proposal heldReview Oct 13

Option A

Managed triage in business hours

Convert what the evidence supports today: criteria 1 to 3 are met and criterion 4 is reviewed on Oct 13. After-hours stays as it runs now, routing to the on-call coordinator, with every vendor dispatch waiting for a named approver.

  • Starts from the six request types and rules the pilot ran
  • The unit number stays required on the tenant form
  • Duplicate reports and large photos are priced in, not patched

Option B

Wait for the after-hours baseline

Agree how after-hours first triage is measured by Oct 20, run it long enough to compare, then decide on business hours and after hours together.

  • No second phase is scoped on after-hours claims before then
  • The pilot workflow keeps running under the current permissions
  • The decision moves to after the baseline period
